A Post About Me

A Post About Me

It came to my mind the other day that in all the years of my blogging, I've never written a blog post detailing some of the highlights of my life. I'll try to keep this post from sounding like a book report or a personals ad. But I make no promises. Here it goes:

I was born in 1976 in Colorado Springs. My father was a pilot in the Air Force. My mother had her teaching degree, but she didn't work while my sister and I were growing up. I'm the youngest of two girls. My sister is four years older than I am and still lives in the city we grew up in, Tacoma, Washington.

Most families with parents in the military have to move every few years as they get new station assignments.

Attending My First VidCon Video Conference

Andrew and I just returned from Anaheim where I attended the annual “YouTubers” VidCon Video Conference. My trip was charmed with wonderful conversation. During our flight our  seat-mate was happy to chat with us about lots of different topics. From the company he owns, to what we do, to current events, etc.

Back to Blogging

Back to Blogging

I've blogged on and off for years and as such I have had more iterations of this blog than I really want to admit. There were times when I had really good periods of writing consistent content. And then I've had gaps where I didn't write anything for months. Looking back, I can rationalize and explain a myriad of valid reasons why I didn't keep up with my blogging. But at the end of the day those reasons are just really excuses, and as such, here I sit again, on the dawn of a new beginning. Hoping that this time around my actual creation of content keeps up with my ambition.
